My father brought in my Tahoe for 15,000...
My father brought in my Tahoe for 15,000 mile maintanence. When he checked in he told the service advisor he would be waiting for the vehicle. Two hours later he followed up with the advisor only to find out they had not even started on the vehicle and said they didn't know he was waiting. Four hours later, the service was complete and my father was not a satisfied customer.

I had a problem with condensation in one of the light housings on my new Colorado. The service rep ordered a replacement and had it installed as a warranty repair. It was fixed at no cost to me and there has been no problem with the repair.

My Experience at the Classic Chevrolet...
My Experience at the Classic Chevrolet service department was not pleasant. I left my key in my ignition and drained my battery completely. The key would not come out of the ignition and my battery would not accept a jump. I called Classic Chevrolet and a tow truck arrived to take me and my car to Classic. My car is a 2009 HHR which is a front wheel drive so the front end was elevated and we went down smooth roads to Classic. My car was repaired and I picked it up the next day and drove the 2 miles to my house on smooth roads. I woke up the next morning to a large puddle of oil in my driveway. I looked and my oil pan had been damaged and was leaking. I filled it to full and took it to Classic. I was notified that not only had my oil pan been damaged beyond repair but my transmission pan was damaged also and would need to be replaced. Since I know that it would be my word against Classic as to when the damage occurred and I DID drive the car 2 miles I understood it was an argument I could not win so I paid the 1100.00 for a repair that I did not cause. The next morning I went to my car to go to work and there was a huge puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway. I had the car towed to Classic and was told the mechanic "forgot" to tighten the transmission pan bolts. So now I have 2 huge stains in my driveway and a bill for 1100.00 for damage that was done to my car at Classic's service department. R.O. my service rep is erma. every time I take my Silverado in for any service, I am greeted with a smile. one of the service coordinators had a stroke and she is still working. my youngest daughter has down syndrome so I am well aware of the negative thoughts and feeling toward special need individuals. my hat goes out to classic chevy and slso the owner of this dealership

Called my service advicer Jerry Silguero as I was having problems I asked if he could send a wrecker for my vehicle he did and it was taken to the dealer. He was able to provide transportation for me when my vehicle was being worked on. He is absolutely great!
